RECIPE: Make this POMEGRANATE JUICE for Glowing Skin from Within

Pomegranate juice is said to decrease inflammation in the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow and circulate around the body. Pomegranates contain antioxidants (Punicalagin) that lower blood pressure and cholesterol. As we get ready to introduce more summer activities into our rituals, I've created what I think is a perfect pomegranate-based juice that will help get you pumped and primed for the transition into summer. Ginger is amazing to incorporate as it energizes the body while calming disturbed digestion. Silica rich cucumber is added to help clear the complexion. Glowing Pomegranate, Cucumber, Ginger Juice
2 pomegranates (seeds)
4 sliced green apples
1/2 inch fresh ginger root
6 celery stalks

HOW TO MAKE IT:
First, roll the pomegranates to loosen the seeds. Cut in half and open pomegranate to separate the seeds, releasing them over a bowl.
Slice cucumber, apples and lemon.
Peel and chop ginger.
Put the pomegranate seeds, cucumber, apples, and ginger into a blender, add 1/2 - 1 cup water, depending on desired consistency.
Blend until mixture is fully integrated.
Pour the pulp into a cheese cloth, separating the juice from the pulp by hand.
Separately squeeze 1/2 lemon into a glass using a hand-juicer.
Mix together the lemon juice with the extracted glowing juice into a glass, consume immediately or chill in an air-tight container (like a mason jar). The lemon acts as a natural preservative to keep the juice fresh.
