1:1 Integrative Yoga sessions led by Jolisa ‘Joli’ Nadine (E-RYT 500). Traditional and innovative applications of Vedic practices (yoga, breathwork and meditation) are adapted to the individual to train the mind and the senses whether achieving health and fitness goals, working through trauma, experiencing anxiety, overcoming addiction or seeking self-realization. You will be presented with multiple holistic and evidence-based perspectives that affirm your own personal evolution, transformation, and human potential… with the guidance and support of an experienced and knowledgable teacher.

Absolutely no experience necessary to receive the benefits of each session.
